SHIPPING FEES

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

 FREE delivery on all orders above 350 AED. Less than 350 AED order value Delivery Fee - 28 AED.

GCC COUNTRIES (INCLUDING SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, BAHRAIN, OMAN, AND QATAR)

 Delivery Fee - 100 AED.

INTERNATIONAL (ALL OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE GCC)

 Delivery Fee - 150 AED.

 

DELIVERY TIME

 UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Order before 4PM for the Next Day Delivery. Orders placed on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted

GCC COUNTRIES (INCLUDING SAUDI ARABIA, KUWAIT, BAHRAIN, OMAN, AND QATAR)

 3-5 working days

INTERNATIONAL (ALL OTHER COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE GCC)

 5-7 working days. For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included at checkout and vary by destination.

 

We will send your tracking details to your email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it has not landed in your inbox, email to us at support@sigmatribe.co with your full name, order number, and contact information, and we’ll get it sorted quickly.

PAYMENTS & RETURNS

We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Tamara, and Tabby. 

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@sigmatribe.co within 7 calendar days of receiving your item, and include a clear reason for your request.

To be eligible for a return, all SIGMA products must be:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unopened and unused
  • Free from any damage

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with clear instructions. Please follow the steps provided to complete the return process.
